A MAN has to do 80 hours unpaid work for driving while he was disqualified, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

David Stuart, 32, of Moor Road, North Owersby, was caught driving a Ford Focus on the A46 in Usselby even though he had been disqualified. He was also using the car without third party insurance.

Stuart pleaded guilty to both offences. He was also given a 12-month driving ban.
