Crime across West Norfolk

A 24-year-old woman was assaulted outside Norfolk Street’s Kudos bar in Lynn between 11pm and midnight on Saturday, March 2.

She was approached by another woman who punched her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground and hit her head. The victim subsequently needed hospital treatment for a cut lip.

Witnesses should contact PC Gary Ranger on 101.

Thieves broke into a locked container at the rear of a site in Grimston Road, Congham, between 5pm on March 5 and the same time the following day.

They stole a blue holdall with Radio Detection written on it, containing a handheld receiver and equipment.

A garden fence at a property in Hall View Road, Gaywood, was knocked over some time during the weekend.

Four fence panels, each more than two foot high, and a fence post, were knocked over between 8pm on Friday, and 8am on Saturday morning.
