Jackson Mikula

Jackson Mikula, 19, of Highfield Farm Market Rasen, was fined £75 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to driving a scooter without lights.

The scooter was also seized and destroyed. He was fined an additional £150 for having no insurance for the scooter when riding it on Caistor Road in Market Rasen. He was ordered to pay £50 court costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

His guilty plea was taken into account during sentencing.

Thomas Paul Schmitt

Thomas Paul Schmitt, 18, of Cemetery Road, Market Rasen, was fined £75 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to driving a scooter without lights.

The scooter was also seized and destroyed. He was fined an additional £150 for having no insurance for the scooter when riding it on Caistor Road in Market Rasen. He was ordered to pay £50 court costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

His guilty plea was taken into account during sentencing.

Joanne Stanham

Joanne Stanham, 47, of Buslingthorpe, pleaded guilty to drink driving when she appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

Michael Butler

Michael Butler, 50, of Springbank, Brigg, has been fined £90 after pleading guilty to driving a vehicle without a test certificate contrary to Section 47 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge by Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court.

Kelly Robinson

Kelly Robinson, 34, of Chapman Street, Market Rasen, has been fined £200 for boarding to train between Lincoln and Market Rasen without a ticket.

She was ordered to pay £135 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £5.70 compensation by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court. The case was proved in her absence.

Richard Robinson

Richard Robinson, 34, of Chapman Street, Market Rasen, has been served a summons by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to appear on April 29 to answer the charge of boarding a train between Market Rasen and Lincoln without a ticket.

Jason Lee Johnson

Jason Lee Johnson, 19, of The Foyer, Market Rasen, has been remanded in custody after pleading guilty to assaulting a man by beating in the town.

He was also admitted to a young offenders institute for 19 days for breaking a curfew order.

Michael Jones

Michael Jones, 32, of Beechers Way, Market Rasen, has been issued with a restraining order by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after using threatening or abusive words to a person likely to cause alarm.

He must not enter Coronation Road in the town.

Bradley Juilan David Burslam

Bradley Juilan David Burslam, 18, of Grimsby Road, Market Rasen, has been remanded on bail by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court until April 21 on a charge of trespassing with Joshua Cook at Cafe Portico in Lincoln and stealing food therein.

Richard Anthony Cox

Richard Anthony Cox, 36, of Mill Lane, Brigg, has been remanded on bail by Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court until May 8 when he will face trail for driving without due care an attention.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

He has also pleaded not guilty to not having insurance for a motor vehicle, failing to stop following a collision and five other related motoring offences.

He has pleaded guilty to one charge of failing to surrender to custody at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court.

Neil Robinson

Neil Robinson, 45, of King Street, Market Rasen, has been fined £200 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for boarding a train between Lincoln and Leicester without a ticket.

He was also ordered to pay £135 courts cost, a £20 victim surcharge and £14.50 compensation.

The case was proved in his absence.

Ashley Richard Mappin

Ashley Richard Mappin, 31, of Park View, Gallamore Lane, Market Rasen, has had a warrant issued for his arrest by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after failing to abide by a community order requirement of a suspended sentence,

Thomas Petch

Thomas Petch, 63, of Mill Lane, Brigg, has been fined £300 after pleading guilty to trespassing on land at Hibaldstow in pursuit of game.

Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court also ordered him to pay £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Eithan John Teanby

A warrant has been issued by Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court for the arrest of 22-year-old Eithan John Teanby of Mill View Caravan Park, Brigg after he failed to answer bail,

He had previously been arrested and charged with stealing a Karcher window vacuum worth £50 from Wilkinsons in Brigg and an electronic screwdriver worth £21,99 from Brain’s DIY.

Randall

Mark Stephen Randall, 55, of Kilnwell Road, Market Rasen, has been sent for trail at Lincoln Crown Court on a charge of possessing a firearm without authority to do so.

He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, but as this is an indictable only charge will now appear at Lincoln Crown on Monday, April 20.

Darren James O’Loughlin

Darren James O’Loughlin, 21, of no fixed abode, has been remanded in custody by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, after indicating a plea of guilty to entering The Foyer in King Street, Market Rasen and stealing a quantity of clothing.

He also admitted breaching a previous conditional discharge for 12 months imposed by a court for a previous offence of theft.

A community order was made to include supervision and 80 hours unpaid work

Mathew Teanby

Mathew Teanby, of College Yard, Brigg, has been remanded on bail by Sunthorpe Magistrates’ Court after being found guilty of dishonestly receiving stolen goods.

A pre-sentencing report will now be produced before his next appearance on April 23.

Paul Lee Lacy

Paul Lee Lacy,44, of Burnett’s Yard, Market Rasen has had a warrant issued for his arrest by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after failing to appear.
