Lee Stephen Shaw

Lee Stephen Shaw, 30, of Spridlington Road, Faldingworth appeared before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court and indicated a plea of guilty to failing to comply with a notification order under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

He was remanded on bail until Wednesday October 1 for a pre-sentence report tom be compiled.

Daniel Langston

Daniel Langston, 25, of Elm Tree Close, Market Rasen, was due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday September 15, charged with travelling between Grimsby and Market Rasen by train without a ticket.

In his absence he was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £135, a £20 victim surcharge and £8.20 compensation.

Kyle Husak, 26, of Elm Tree Close, Market Rasen, was due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Monday September 15, charged with travelling between Grimsby and Market Rasen by train without a ticket.

James Michael Douglas

James Michael Douglas, 31, of Bridge Street, Brigg, appeared at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on Monday September 15, and was given a community order for possession of amphetamine and cannabis and failing to surrender to police custody.

He was given a 1 month curfew to stay at his home address between the hours of 7pm and 7am each day until October 14 and to undergo drug rehabilitation treatment. He will also be electronically tagged. The order will be reviewed in three months time.

Ross Parry

Ross Parry, 23, of Brigg Road, South Kelsey, has been fined £600 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after being found guilty of driving a car on the A46 at Faldingworth without insurance.

The offence was proved in his absence and his driving licence was endorsed with six points. He will also have to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Christopher Yorke

Christopher Yorke, 29, of Anglian Way, Market Rasen, was fined £75 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for driving on the A631 without due care and attention.

He will also have to pay £50 costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

Sara Jane Hodge

Sara Jane Hodge, of Willow Court, Wragby, has been fined £200 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for having a registered vehicle that did not meet insurance requirement of the Road Traffic Act.

She will also have to pay costs of £110 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Richard Paul Wilson

Richard Paul Wilson, 31, 
from Bullington, has been fined £200 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for having a registered vehicle that did not meet insurance requirement of the Road Traffic Act.

He will also have to pay costs of £110 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Paul Andrew Plant

Michael Paul Andrew Plant, 24, of High Street, Glentham, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Thursday September 18 charged with dangerous driving on the A15 at Scampton.

He indicated a plea of guilty and the case has been committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing at a date and time to be fixed.

He was disqualified from driving until the sentencing.

Nathan Anthony Thompson

Nathan Anthony Thompson, 24, of Silversides Lane, Brigg, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place when he appeared at Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on Monday September 22.

The charge was discharged conditionally for 12 months and he was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

The defendants guilty 
plea was taken into consideration when sentencing.

He also appeared in court on Friday September 26 and pleaded guilty to drink driving in Barnard Avenue in Brigg on September 2.

He was fined £270, and has to pay costs of £85 as well as a £27 victim surcharge.

He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months, although this ban can be reduced by three months if he completes a Government approved course.

His guilty plea was taken into account when sentencing.

Jennifer Yeo

Jennifer Yeo, 56, of Plover Walk, Market Rasen, has been fined £200 by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after pleaded guilty to drink driving in Binbrook in March.

She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, although this ban will be reduced by five months if she completes a government course.

She will also have to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Leesa Anderson

Leesa Anderson, 38, of Mill Lane in Brigg, was due to appear in Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court on Friday September 26 to face four charges of trying to claim benefits when she was in paid employment and therefore not eligible to do so.

She pleaded not guilty to the offence in July.

She was given unconditional bail by the magistrates until Friday October 10.
