Charge dropped in Rasen attack case

A CASE has been dropped against a Market Rasen accused of common assault, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

David Wilkinson, 23, of Willingham Road, had been accused of assaulting James Stables in Market Rasen on August 26, 2011. He had pleaded not guilty to the charge, however the case has now been discontinued.
