Careless driver is handed £200 fine

A KIRTON Lindsey man who drove without due care and attention has been fined £200, Scunthorpe Magistrates’ Court heard.

Carl Trout, 45, of East Cross Street pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Master Van without due care and attention in South Cliff Road, Kirton Lindsey on March 3 this year.

Trout has been ordered to pay £15 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge and his driving licence has been endorsed with four penalty points.
