Caistor driver’s alleged motoring offences

A CAISTOR man has been charged with driving while he was disqualified, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Anthony Jones, 25, of Burnetts Yard allegedly drove a Vauxhall Astra in South Street, Caistor on June 20, 2012 even though he was banned from having a driving licence.

Mr Jones has also been charged with using the car without third party insurance.

He has been remanded on bail until September 10.
