Atterby driver gets £400 fine

AN ATTERBY man who admitted drink driving has been fined £400, Lincoln Magistrates’ Court heard.

Andrew Thompson, 52, of Atterby drove a Vauxhall Astra in Atterby Road on March 4, 2012 when he was just over the legal drink-drive limit.

He has been banned from driving for 14 months and has to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
