Great celluloid celebrations as Caistor parties

Organised by the Caistor Goes... committee, the street party event proved as popular as ever, with visitors attending from near and far.

There was plenty to entertain the crowds throughout the late afternoon and evening.

Street entertainers the Earthbound Misfits created mayhem as always and the UK Garrison Star Wars characters brought the movies alive.

There was plenty of music, as diverse as Caistor Ladies Choir to music of the 50s and 60s from The Moggies, and a wide range of dance styles on show, from Jump Jive to the Lincolnshire Regency Dance Society.

Making an appearance too was ‘Grimsby’ film star Freddie Crowder.
