Life-saving lessons at Grasby

A training session for the publicly available defibrillator at Grasby Village Hall attracted 50 people from the villages of Grasby, Searby and Owmby.

Trainer Steve King and members of Grasby LIVES taught participants CPR, how to use the defibrillator and the recovery position.

The youngest trainee, Max Cartledge (10), proved himself to be very effective.

The defibrillator was installed by Grasby First Responders Group, with the help of grants and donations. It was dedicated to the memory of Bob Marris.
