Teenagers from Market and Middle Rasen Church youth groups On Track, Ocean and Posse have been washing cars, dog walking, running bacon butty lunches and jumble sales to raise more than £300.
The money will go towards putting the finishing touches to The Bank, a new festival taking place at Lincoln City Football Club’s ground Sincil Bank.
Hosted by Lincoln churches and organisations working together, The Bank is aimed at 11-18 year olds from across the county and is an afternoon and evening of live music, dance, parkour, youth theatre and more.
Fifty church groups are already signed up, including Market Rasen New Life and Middle Rasen Parish Church.
There will be a 53-seater coach leaving from the Willingham Road layby in front of De Aston School at 2.45pm on Saturday, May 21.
The Bank and coach places combined tickets are now available for £10.
To avoid disappointment, get your tickets in good time from Rhona Sheppard, Market Rasen New Life Church youth development worker, on 01673 843179, or 07813 691733, or contact Helen and Michael Robinson, Middle Rasen Posse Youth Group leaders, on 07964 481547, to reserve tickets and coach seats.
