Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without a selection of seasonal songs.

And across the area, a host of concerts are planned to celebrate this festive time.

Market Rasen Methodist Church will be sharing The Miracle of Christmas when The Ludensian Singers perform on Tuesday, December 18.

Festive favourites will be at the forefront of the concert, which starts at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 from 01673 844214 or on the door, which opens at 6.30pm.

Market Rasen Resdev Band will be in full swing for their Christmas Concert in The Festival Hall on Saturday, December 15.

Admission is £6 and the concert starts at 7.30pm.

The band will also be playing at Caistor and District Lions Carol Concert in Caistor Town Hall at 8pm on December 19.

Springline choir will be giving a concert of traditional and modern items in Owmby by Spital Church at 7pm on Saturday, December 15.

Tickets cost £5 from Liz on 01673 878829, or pay at the door, with proceeds to church funds.

Go along to Hackthorn Church tonight, Wednesday, December 19, to sing carols with the Cabra Singers at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £6 and £2 for children from 01673 861698.

Mince pies, nibbles and wine will be on offer and proceeds from the event will go to Grimsby Children’s Hospice and Hackthorn Church.

Caistor Male Voice Choir will be heading up the concert in Caistor Parish Church on Saturday, December 22, at 7pm.

Tickets £3.50 from Caistor Post Office or on the door.
