Ludford teenager Emma Williams has taken to two wheels to raise money for her month-long World Challenge trip to Botswana next year.
Joining Emma on her sponsored bike ride from the village to Lincoln Cathedral and back - a total of 41 miles - were her mum Mandy and friend Tracey Watling.
And it was well worth the effort, with £700 raised, thanks to her sponsors.
Emma, like all the De Aston students taking part, has to raise £4,195, as well as extra money for the group fund. While in Botswana, they will be working at a rhino sanctuary and also working on a project to help the local community.
