The 22nd year of the Bridge Day, held in the town hall, attracted eighty players from all over the county including Healing, Nettleham, Caistor, Horncastle, Dunholm, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Louth, Alford, Market Rasen, Waltham and Hessle.

During the lunch break the players enjoyed a delicious lunch, prepared and served by the Ecclesiastical Caterers and helpers, as well as a raffle.

The Rev Canon Ian Robinson said: “ Well done to everyone who worked so hard.

“We raised a tremendous £1047 for the church funds.”
