Caistor continues to attract gold awards and the latest recipient is the new Wolds View Touring Park in Brigg Road.

Celebrating the official launch of the park with owners Phil and Jane Lodder-Manning recently was West Lindsey chairman Irmgard Parrot, along with representatives from Lindsey Action Zone, West Lindsey Tourism. West Lindsey District Council and Caistor Town Council.

The park boasts a CaSSOA - Caravan Storage Site Owners Association - gold storage compound for 62 vehicles, as well as accommodating 40 touring caravans or motorhomes and 20 tents.

“We had great support with our planning application from planners and the local council,” said Phil Lodder-Manning.

“We also managed to secure financial support in the form of a grant from Lindsey Action Zone, who have been fantastic in supporting our development, and excellent support from the LAG Committee.

“Our long term dream has been to own and manage a quality touring park; finding the Lincolnshire Wolds as an area of outstanding natural beauty and Caistor made our minds up to move our existing business and family to develop an exciting new venture here.

“Located on Brigg Road, we are surrounded by open countryside with a beautiful view of the Wolds, within easy walking distance to Caistor where our holiday makers can enjoy the local facilities; we have developed a great place to simply chill, unwind and relax.”
