Experience unique dining at Nags Head

Landlords at the Nags Head

Landlords at the Nags Head

Regulars at the Nags Head in Middle Rasen have welcomed new landlords, together with a new and unique dining experience.

Barry and Jenny Reeves are no strangers to the village -
Jenny has lived there all her
life and the couple were
married at the village chapel.

They both have fond memories of the pub over the years and are delighted to become the new landlords.

And while they wanted to maintain the Nag’s Head as a traditional village pub, they
also wanted to bring something a bit different.

So they have introduced a unique dining experience with the Black Rock Grill, which will enable diners to cook their steaks at the table to their own individual taste.

Steak dining evenings are available in the restaurant area of the pub on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

And with being in Lincolnshire, Barry and Jenny are
keen to promote the county’s produce, with Lincoln Red beef at the top of the menu.

Booking is advisable for the restaurant and is a must for
parties of eight or more.

Larger parties can be catered for too and with the separate restaurant area it is the ideal venue for a private function.

But while the restaurant is only opened on selected evenings, lunches and bar meals are served daily.

And from Monday to Thursday there is a special offer of two meals for £10 from 12 noon to 9pm.

Traditional Sunday lunches are also proving popular – being served from 12 noon to 4pm each week.

The Christmas season is fast approaching and a full seasonal menu will be on offer too.

Offering a range of quality food for all occasions is just one way Barry and Jenny are keeping the pub at the heart of the village – a vibrant centre and a focal point for all.

They want to concentrate on bringing the village together and are looking forward to speaking to village clubs and other organisations who are looking for a meeting place or somewhere to host an event.

This summer, Middle Rasen and District Horticultural
Society relocated their annual show to the Nag’s Head’s field, which proved to be a huge success and a relationship Barry and Jenny are looking forward to continuing.

For more information or to make a booking give the Nags Head a call on 01673 843163.
