Market Rasen inventor Andrew Morrison bagged a spot on popular daytime ITV show This Morning on Monday.

Andrew was one of five entrepreneurs who were invited on to the programme to showcase their inventions ahead of the Gadget Show Live, which takes place in Birmingham this week.

And his product, Beach Bag Plus - a bag-come-inflatable sun lounger cover, seemed to impress presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.

As reported previously in the Market Rasen Mail, Andrew designed Beach Bag Plus more than 15 years ago, but it is only in the last 18 months it has gone into production.

As well as the bag itself, Andrew also developed the Eezziflate valve meaning the bed and pillow can be inflated within a minute with very little effort and it takes seconds to deflate.

And all this work led Andrew to receive the British Invention Show Platinum Award (Leisure) in 2012.

Now, Andrew is busy at the Gadget Show Live event in the NEC, where he is one of 21 inventors showcasing their products as part of the British Inventors Project.

The show runs until Sunday, April 13.
