Grayingham farmer and owner of Uncle Henry’s, Steve Ward is chairman of the education committee and one of the founders of the conference.

Although only in its second year, it is highly anticipated as the go-to event for all the latest news, discussions and trends for Lincolnshire’s agricultural industry.

“We had a tremendous amount of positive feedback from both speakers and attendees last year,” said Mr Ward.

“The Farming Conference is not just about approaching those already in industry. We are keen to welcome more students and young people interested in farming to offer them an insight into agriculture business.

“It is important to make sure we reach the next generation to ensure that Lincolnshire continues to be a national leader in agriculture.”

The conference takes place at Lincolnshire Showground on March 1.
