A health worker based in the Caistor and Market Rasen area has been given an award for an incredible 30 years of service with the NHS.
Julie Lewis, a clinical team lead, who works mainly around the Caistor area, was recognised for her dedication during a special awards afternoon tea organised by Lincolnshire Community Health Services.
A total of 69 staff were given awards for either 20, 30 or 40 years’ continuous service.
The staff have clocked up an impressive 1,690 years’ service between them.
And Julie is the only person from this area to get an award.
LCHS chairman Elaine Baylis said: “I would like to thank each of these individuals for the dedication they have shown to their professions.
“It’s always very heartwarming to hear about their experiences of working in the NHS, and particularly those who have spent their years with patients and families in Lincolnshire.
“It’s a pleasure to be able to help them celebrate their loyal service.”
