Setting sail on the 4,000 mile journey to Calgary in Canada, Ashley Boyles of Osgodby loaded his equipment ready for the World Ploughing Championships last week.
His tractor, plough and equipment set off on its journey on Wednesday. Ashley will then fly out with his England teammate Peter Alderslade, from Sunderland, in a few weeks time.
He will then spend three weeks in Canada representing England having won the national title.
Ashley has represented our country twice before in the World Championships and said he will be looking to improve on his fourth place finish he earned last time.
