Didn’t they have a lovely time, the day they went to Skegness.

The annual Caistor and District Lions Club outing to the seaside town saw 81 people jump aboard the coaches.

Lions Stuart Roach and Gordon Rogers accompanied the ‘trippers’ who had a fun day, with some playing bingo while others went shopping.

And 90-year-old Harry Minns even had a paddle in the sea!.

All senior citizens were paid for by the Lions Club and donations of bottled water, sweets and crisps were gratefully received.

Lion Stuart Roach said: “The day went well and the drivers were very helpful.”
