Sadness and excitement are emotions which will fill All Saints Church, Grasby, when the leavers' service is held on the final day of term.
Lynette Edwards has been the headteacher of Grasby All Saints Church of England Primary School for the past five years and Maggie Brown a teacher at the school for the past 13 years.
Both are now taking early retirement.
