A school playing field was turned into a helicopter landing pad as the Princess Royal paid a visit to the area.

Her Royal Highness Princess Anne was welcomed to Brigg by the Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire, Tony Worth, and then introduced to Vale of Ancholme Technology and Music College Principal Gail Young and Chairman of Governors Steve Morris, before making an official visit to the Princess Royal Trust Carers' Centre in Redcombe Lane across the road.
