A LOCAL company has crowned an 'outstanding' year with a national award.
Duckworth’ Lamd Rover of Market Rasen has been named as the regional Service Dealership of the Year for 2008 at the 4x4 manufacturer’s annual 'Dealer of the Year' competition.

The Willingham Road dealership was presented with the coveted award for its dedication to customer service and professionalism at a glittering awards ceremony held in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Commenting on the dealership’s recognition Ben Duckworth said: “Being named as the regional Service Dealer of the Year is a great honour and this award pays testament to the hard work and determination of our loyal staff.

“2007 was an outstanding year for Duckworth Land Rover and we aim to build on this success across all areas of the business over the next 12 months. Customers are the heart of our business and by putting them first we aim to remain one of the leading Land Rover dealerships in the UK.”

All 129 UK Land Rover dealerships are assessed throughout the year to identify the top-performing businesses. A series of measures - from customer satisfaction to technical expertise - are then rated using a points system before the nine regional winners are appointed.
