Members of the 1st Wragby Rainbows ended the term with their extremely popular mums and daughters water fight night.

Following the picnic tea, presentations were made to the girls who were leaving to go up to Wragby Brownies – Ruby Raynes, Charlotte Gallacher, Sophie Rowson and Jemimah Tyrrell.

There was also a sad farewell to Faye Smith, who is leaving the area with the family.

The Rainbows have worked hard over the last year and earned a number of challenge badges.

Already work is in progress for the next term, when Alison Sylvester will be taking on the role of Guider in Charge from Andrea Ward.

It will be an exciting programme with lots of challenges and new adventures.

There are a number of places available; call Alison on 01673 857863 or contact via the girlguiding website – join us.

Meetings will resume on Monday September 7 at the Scout and Guide H/Q in Wirehill Lane.
