Nostalgia: 1989 Wragby Church Anniversary

Dedicated in 1839, Wragby’s All Saints’ Church
celebrated its 150th anniversary in 1989.

A weekend of celebration was held, with displays and services, while Wragby bellringers rang out a three-hour long celebration peal.

The honour of cutting the celebration cake went to the Venerable Christopher Laurence, Archdeacon of Lindsey, who is pictured above with members of the Parochial Church Council.

And, of course, the Rev Laurence was involved in another church celebration earlier this month - the centenary of St Mary’s at Walesby.
