Now spring has sprung...

Have your say

MEMBERS of Caistor and District Flower Club knew spring had sprung when they welcomed Val Wilson as their guest demonstrator.

Many spring flowers were used – such as tulips, iris, hyacinths and hellebores – as well as a host of flowers looking forward to summer, together with many varieties of foliage.

Notices were given of forthcoming events, such as Dreams of Gold at Lincoln Cathedral in August, when the club will do two arrangements.

Club chairman Caroline Jackson will also be creating an individual display at the event.

The next meeting of the club will be on April 11 at 7.30pm in the Arts Centre at Caistor Town Hall, when Pandora’s Box will be the title for demonstrator Tom Markham.

Visitors will be very welcome; cost £5.
