Nostalgia: Pitching in for the primary pool
Work began on providing a permanent roof for the learner pool at Market Rasen Primary School back in 1989.
These three pupils were pictured taking a keen interest in the foundation work being carried out by members of the TIRA organisation, which was based in the town at the time.
Headteacher John Sandfield and FOSA chairman Andy Bates had put out a call for skilled and unskilled labour to help with the project.
