Take a trip to Tealby for 20th annual charity fair

Members of Tealby WI and crafters from across the area are setting out their stalls this weekend for the annual WI and St Barnabas Hospice craft fair.

And this year’s event marks a very special milestone as it is the 20th fair organised by
Tealby WI.

The annual event began as a purely WI event, where members would take over the village hall with their own stalls.

In a natural development, more stalls were encouraged from outside craft people and then it was decided to use the event to give some support to the Lincolnshire hospice - St Barnabas - raising thousands of pounds in the process.

And this year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 3, in the village hall from 10am to 4pm.

As always, entry is free and there will be a host of stalls, giving the chance for a spot of Christmas gift shopping or maybe the opportunity to pick up a treat for yourself.

And, of course, the WI ladies will be serving light refreshments throughout the day too.
