Meet the Spring Lambs at Rand Farm Park

Spring is in the air at Rand Farm Park where new-born lambs are ready and waiting to be greeted by visitors.

The award-winning family farm attraction between Lincoln and Wragby is holding two Lambing Weekends on 6th and 7th March and on 20th and 21st March.

The spring lambs will be the star attractions and visitors will hopefully get the chance to see them at close quarters and even bottle-feed the new arrivals.

Around 30 lambs have been born so far this year, some of which are Jacobs and some of which are cross-breeds.

Meanwhile all the other usual attractions at Rand Farm Park will be open as normal.

Feeding times at the Lambing Weekends are 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

"We look forward to March every year as it's a delight to see the new lambs make their way into the world," said Kay Waring, owner of Rand Farm Park.

"For our young visitors it's particularly exciting as they always enjoy feeding the lambs. It's lovely to see as for many of them it's the first time they've had the opportunity to feed and pet farm animals."

All Rand Farm Park's other attractions will be open during the Lambing Weekends, including the indoor family playbarn, the pedal go-karts, the outdoor adventure playground and the tractor rides.
