A seasonal display of talent was enjoyed by the parents of De Aston School  pupils at the annual Christmas concert last Tuesday, December 18.

There was something for all musical tastes, with the students performing numbers from modern artists like Oasis and Coldplay right through to classical pieces by Kreisler and Handel.

There were also performances by the school’s jazz band, Celtic Group and even a couple for the teachers to get involved in.

Pictured just before the concert got underway are violinists Tek Hong Cheng, Aura Park and Juliet Haley who performed Bach’s Double violin concerto in Dm.
