Charity begins in the local pub

A village pub is launching a fundraising campaign to raise money for two charities.

The Olde Barn in Tealby will be hosting a number of events in support of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and Cancer Research.

Next Thursday, the venue will host an Ann Summers party, starting at 7.30pm.

On October 30, the pub will be holding a medium night with Adrian Fuller.

Tickets cost £6, which must be booked and paid for in advance.

There’s a chance to look into the future with a tarot reading event on November 7, from 6pm, with popular local physic Sheelagh Newberry, which again must be booked in advance.

Clear out your clutter for a table-top sale on November 17, from 9am to 11.30am, when breakfast will also be available, and there is also a charity auction on November 27, which has already got some great lots on offer.
