MICK Ridgeway’s Mojo Hand perform at the Hope Tavern’s Blues Session this Sunday, May 13.

With the ease and confidence developed over the years, frontman Mick Ridgeway performs stylish, easy-going Chicago Blues classics, R&B, Rockabilly classics and original material.

With Mick on Harp and vocals and guest Al Sansome on electric guitar and slide, this band’s style illustrates the development of Chicago Blues from the acoustic based Delta style - still plenty of harp but certainly more hard hitting, foot tapping stuff, driven by a well honed rhythm section

The gig at the Holton le Moor venue starts at 4pm and the door charge is £7.
