Members of Market Rasen Guides and Rangers groups have been jumping to it to raise money for charity.

As part of their Service to the Community, they have held two fundraising events recently.

The first saw the girls, along with some mums, take part in a Zumba dance night at De Aston School.

It proved to be great fun and was enjoyed by all - and also raised £100 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

They then kept on the theme of exercise with their second event - a sponsored jump rope.

Before the day, they practiced various ways of skipping, using ropes provided by the British Heart Foundation.

And more than 20 girls took part in the sponsored event itself, which raised £460.80 for the British Heart Foundation.

Three participants raised more than £50 each and were presented with a digital skipping rope.

All participants were given a certificate and also gained their Agility Badge.
