AS autumn arrives, and with winter not far behind, many people turn to crafts to fill their time.
And at The Hub the regular craft club can help you explore new crafts to try your hand at.
The Hub Craft Club meets in the Union Street premises on Wednesdays from 2pm to 4pm and you are free to take along your own project to work on or join in with the project of the week.
On October 12 and 19, the theme will be cake decorating, while the last Wednesday of the month will be autumn applique.
In November, the topics covered will be a poppies or firework bookmark, unfinished projects or beading, paper wreaths, cards not paper and a living green wreath.
As this is a drop-in club there is no membership fee, but there is a charge of £2 per session.plus a small donation for tea or coffee.
To find out more, go along to any of the sessions, call The Hub on 01673 844556 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
