03/09/08 - Well done to all the students who did well in their A-levels

EDITOR - I just had to write and say 'Bravo' to all students who have just received their A level results.
Yes there were a selected few who worked hard and, with this and their natural talent, received a multitude of well deserved A grades - excellent.
Others work hard but have not quite the natural academic talent of some - they too will be celebrating thier own efforts.
Then there were those who have had to deal with unexpected illness or trauma yet still worked hard to overcome this and have exceeded their own predicted grades. They too must get a mention . These students are rarely named or lauded by anyone except their loved ones - which is often their own choice. They just get on with it.
Please be so proud everyone who worked hard and got to where they wanted to be .
