EDITOR - Jill & Russel, the owners of the Caistor Post Office, have sold the business to retire so they can spend their time discovering Europe in their lovely motorhome.
I just wanted to take the time to say how much they will be greatly missed. I run a china replacement company and have twice a week over the last couple of years used their services to post out my orders and I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile.

They and all the staff have always gone out of their way to create a wonderful, professional and very personal service, in a time where post offices are either closing or struggling, they tapped into a personal service that has taken the business from strength to strength.

Now quite often there are queues of customers, happily awaiting their turn to be served, and i would just like to say a big.

Thankyou for making a twice weekly chore a real pleasure that I looked forward to.
They will be greatly missed and we hope their retirement is long and fruitful!
