Monday, 6pm: IF YOU'VE got a spring in your step now the flowers are blooming then it could be time to head for Chambers Farm Wood near Wragby!
The Forestry Commission is staging a first ever singles walk in the 900-acre beauty spot on Sunday (18), offering folk the perfect opportunity to make new friends, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded souls.

The event has been organised as part of the Active Woods health push, aiming to get people off the sofa and into the countryside to revitalise mind, body and spirit.

And with the bluebells putting on a fabulous display in Chambers – an ancient woodland at the heart of the Bardney Limewoods – the timing couldn't be better!

The one and a half hour walk meets at 11am at the Chambers Farm Wood Centre, off the B1203 Wragby to Bardney road. The cost is £1 and booking is required on 01623 822447 Refreshments will be provided. For more information contact Hannah Darcel on 01623 822447.
