HISTORICAL re-enactment group 'Lord Burgh's Retinue' will bring the Wars of the Roses to The Collection on Saturday, and Sunday,June 21 and 22.
A wise-woman will tell you how she would treat your ailments and there is archery and music, too, all from the time of the Lincolnshire Rebellion in 1470.

Over the weekend visitors to the Lincoln museum will also have the rare chance to try on helmets and armour used in the bloody battles of the civil war, learn about medicine for the man in the street, and find out what was eaten and how.

The event takes place from 10am to 4pm on both days and admission is free.
