Volunteers give town the golden touch

Volunteers were out in force for the latest BigTidyUp day in Caistor.
Helpers ranged from 13 to 87 and a number of streets were given the Caistor in Bloom golden touch.
Residents were so delighted to see volunteers clearing a particularly bad grot spot in one area, they delivered a box of sweets as a thank you.
The next BigTidyUp Day is scheduled for Saturday, November 24, from 10am to 12 noon - a slightly shorter time than usual, as this is the day the towns Christmas tree will be erected.
