FOUR new trainee solicitors from Caistor have just started their legal careers with same law firm.

Helena Buckle, Rory Cullen, Adam Ottley and Amy Smith, all grew up and went to school in this area – and now all work at Wilkin Chapman Grange.

And they have even more in common as Helena, Rory and Adam all went to Caistor Grammar School while Amy studied Franklin College.

This is the first time the firm has been able to appoint so many candidates together with such strong local links.

Wilkin Chapman LLP chief executive and former Caistor Grammar School governor Julia Whittaker said: “We undertake
a thorough recruitment process for trainee solicitors each year during which, apart from interviewing, we ask candidates to take part in an assessment centre. This provides a subjective benchmark for us to compare candidates.

“We were delighted to be
able to make these appointments and I am sure they
will bring much to Wilkin Chapman Grange over the years to come.”

To celebrate the success of former pupils, Caistor Grammar School headteacher Roger Hale and Franklin College principal Trevor Wray joined the new trainees for a welcome photograph.
