Master your cookery skills at class with top chef

KEEN chefs are invited to a cookery masterclass with a top Lincoln chef.

Old Bakery Restaurant head chef Ivano De Serio will be hosting two classes at Market Rasen Racecourse on Saturday, June 9 from 9.30am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.

Ivano has featured on ITV1’s Britain’s Best Dish: The Chefs where he presented Lincolnshire pan roasted ostrich fillet with cauliflower custard and blueberry sauce to the judges.

The masterclass will see Ivano – and a team from event organisers Lincolnshire Co-operative - guide you through a three-course dinner party menu.

There will be the opportunity to get hands-on as well as tasting throughout the event. And Ivano will give professional hints, tips and advice.

Tickets cost £8 for Lincolnshire Co-operative members and £12 for everyone else. There will also be a children’s cookery event for five to 11-year-olds, at the same time – tickets cost £5.
