In good voice for Good Friday
SINGERS from across the area have the chance to join an augmented choir for a Good Friday performance of Handel’s Messiah Part Two.
Anyone who has sung with a choir or who has sung Messiah before is welcome to join in.
However, participants must attend at least two rehearsals, plus the compulsory rehearsal on Good Friday itself.
Rehearsals will take place every Sunday, from March 11 to April 1, from 2.30pm to 4pm in Market Rasen Chapel, with the performance in the chapel on April 6 at 6pm.
There is no charge to sing or to listen, but any donations will be gratefully received and will be split between the chapel and the choral society.
