Could your vehicle go on display at Caistor festival?
VEHICLES from the whole of the Queen’s lifetime are needed for Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Caistor on Sunday, June 3.
As part of the town’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations there will be a transport festival with vehicles from the whole of the Queen’s lifetime – from 1926 to the current day.
Coun Alan Caine said: “The older and the more unusual the vehicles are the better. And it’s not just cars we’re looking for – we want all kinds of vehicles, even tractors.”
The transport festival will just be one part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Caistor – there will be live entertainment, a picnic and much more.
