New homes for commercial site

A FORMER funeral directors building in Waterloo Street, Market Rasen, could soon be transformed in seven new homes.

Plans for four, two bedroom terraced houses and one three bedroom terraced home, to be built where the ex-commercial property currently stands, were supported by Market Rasen Town Council last week.

A further two, two bedroom homes will then be constructed on land to the rear of the site where a barn currently stands. Parking for the homes and visitors parking is also included in the plans.

The application will now go before West Lindsey District Council’s planning committee for approval.
