DOG owners breaking Caistor's by-laws can expect a warning letter from the Town Council before they are prosecuted by West Lindsey.
Caistor Town Council heard the clerk would send out warning letters to anyone caught allowing their dogs into the town’s parks or dog fouling, but that repeat offenders would be liable to a fine up to £1,000 if prosecuted.
