CAISTOR Town Hall resonated with the sound of music when the grammar school held its annual inter-house music competitions.
The final winner over the two days was Hansard, with 200 points, with Rawlinson a very close second (199) and Ayscough (196).

At the junior event, Rawlinson was first (93), Hansard 2nd (91) and Ayscough 3rd (88) and the senior were 1st Hansard (109), 2nd Ayscough (108) and 3rd Rawlinson (106).

The adjudicator Sue Baker, NE Lincs Council’s music participation officer said: “The two days have been inspirational, entertaining and musically rewarding, showing talent and diversity. Caistor certainly rocks!

“Well done to everyone involved and a big thank you to the music department at the school."
