* The Rev Ian Robinson led the meeting of the Mothers' Union and he organised a quiz with questions from the Bible.
The winner was June Fenwick, who received eggs from the Rev Robinson's chickens. Rita Wilkins was the accompanist for the hymns and refreshments were served by Florrie Garfoot.
The next meeting will be on June 5.
