AS PART of a wider consultation regarding 'green' issues', a one day event is set to take place at Caistor Town Hall on Saturday October 18 from 12 noon to 4pm.

The event called 'Caistor Goes Green' is intended to be an interactive showcase of healthy, environmental and ethical practices aimed at the general public.

The event is held in partnership between 'Caistor Goes...' Community Events Committee and Groundwork Lincolnshire's Climate Changing Programme, with additional support from the Caistor Development Partnership.

'Caistor Goes Green' is looking for sponsors, traders, workshops, activity groups, exhibitors and 'green' groups etc. to complement the existing groups and associations to bring this event to fruition.

If you are an organisation that promotes eco issues at grass roots level, a trader selling or supplying eco products or services or an environmental organisation that wants to promote their work, the organisers would like to hear from you.

* For further information or to book a stand at the event, please contact: Astra Leadbitter / Groundwork Lincolnshire on 07939 062483 or email astra.leadbitter@groundwork.org.uk
