A HISTORY of Morris Dancing and Plough Plays will be given by the Grimsby Morris Men at next Tuesday's meeting of Brigg Amateur Amateir Dramatic Society.
The session is at Brigg and District Servicemen’s Club on Tuesday, December 2 at 8pm.

At the last meeting, Their Finest Hour, an audio visual celebration of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight in the 90th anniversary year of the RAF was presented by RAF historians Alan Taylor, Alan Thornton and Syd Marshall.

Mr Marshall talked about his days as a flight engineer who flew on 36 bombing raids over enemy territory. Mr Thornton described the various fighter planes, some still existing as part of the flight and all three were joined in question time by warrant officer, Dick Harmer, who has given 45 years in service, the last eight of which have been as an engineering officer on the BBMF.
